Getting ready to have a brake controller installed and wanted to get some ideas of which one you guys might suggest. Thanks for any help.

I have got the Prodigy and love it, however I just ordered the Brakesmart. I have heard alot of good things about it.

I have two of the brakesmart controllers (on the 96 and 03) and I love them. The features that it have that are great for me are the no adjustment needed for differnet weights in trailers and since we go off road a fair amount the fact it notifies you if/when the trailer pig tail comes loose.

Prodigy. For me, it was more economically friendly and it works great and very easy to hook up. Where I put mine was a pain but worth the extra work IMO. You can see it my reader's rigs "some mods" gallery.

See my sig!

The Jordan's the only one that will still work when your truck brakes won't and you don't have the time to fumble around for the manual activation switch/control.
