Summit high beam wiring harness

I just got my latest Summit catalog and on page 228 there is a high beam wiring harness for sale. It says it will keep the low beams on when the high beams are on. On the next page there is one made by Painless Performance Products that specifically says that it is for GM products. Has anyone used these before and if you have are they as good as a Brite Box? Thanks.

If I remember right, someone said a while back to save your $100. You can do it without the boxes with some simple wiring.

Do a search, you may find it. I think it was about a year ago.

Britebox's, etc. are a waste of money for anyone with even decent automotive electrical "handiness" see this thread https://www.turbodieselregister.com/ubb//Forum3/HTML/000147.html read the WHOLE thread before you do anything, just because the method described in the beginning of the thread works on some model years but not on others.

I've had my arcticat brite box on for at least 50K mi. now, and it works fine. I call the conn. catsloks now.
