It had a "Jh" logo on the handle on the cover... don't know if this helps

It seems Webasto bought Hollandia.....



IMO Webasto(German) and Hollandia (Holland) were the top two brands on the market.

Had my 749 installed this week, all I can say is "sweet"! For those that are interested, Classic Soft Trim (http://www.classicsofttrim.com did my install, got a better deal than listed above, and couldn't be happier with it. I believe they are a nationwide company with factory trained installers. A real must have if you can do it. Oo.

Had to rub that in cryp! I was just about 'over' my itching to get one of these, and had almost forgotten about it. My wallet says thanks a lot in a sarcastic tone but darn I really want one! My rational side says don't get one, they always break, leak, or have potential for more problems. But the rest of me thinks it would be cool as sheet!

Won't keep you in suspense, $995+tax, installed. Oo. Did lose my sunglass holder, but worth it IMO. LE300: nope, never been to Miami, but the Navy has sent me just about everywhere else!

I've had mine in for more than a year now and no problems whatsoever. It's been in some doozies of storms too, no signs of leaks.

My 96 3500 has the moonroof also. It was in the truck when I bought it. Not sure how long it has been in the truck, but it does not leak and there is not any wind noiseclosed and very little when opened. I love it. As far as strength, had one in a 98 chev blazer. Rolled the thing over twice and that was the only glass in the thing that didn't break. Possibly the best option on my truck.

Well, as most of you know by now, the sunroof has become a factory option as of 2005. I just put in the order for my '05 and thought I would update the ole' sunroof thread, since I was seriously considering the Hollandia mentioned in this thread. What remains to be seen is whether the OEM will technically be a moonroof or a sunroof, although I'm guessing moonroof, even though my order sheet says "GWA Sunroof - Power", and by the way, the invoice price is $748. Not bad! Looks like I'm saving about $250 by spending $20000! lol



I'll post pics of the roof to this thread once the truck comes in.
