Sunroof or no sunroof

All the megacab dually my local deal has have sunroofs. The sunroof takes up some headroom. I am 6'2" and it is not an issue in the backseat, but the headliner does seem to drop down a bunch. Anybody else have the same concern?

I have a crewcab with sun roof and I don't have any problems with head room. We like the sun roof especially when touring through mountains etc. as we can see to the top. Also good for looking up to check for clearance for the fiver.

I am 6' 2" also and with the seat up all the way I never feel like I am even near the headliner. Yes I have the sunroof. Awesome truck, get a tingle down my leg everytime I drive it!

well I'm just a Little bigger then Most 7 ft tall and I love my sunroof but I also drive with my seat leaned back just a little also

I'm 6'2' also and have the official "hole in the roof" on my 2012 CC Laramie dually. I haven't used it much except for ventilation when leaving the dogs inside while shopping. No problems with head room. Great truck! Love it!!

Without the sunroof is there a upper console?

I need to go back and look at a longhorn mega that doesn't have a sunroof. All the 3500s they had had a sunroof. I bet they have a 2500 I can look at.

if I end up having to order it, I will go without the sunroof, but get the max tow. At least that is what I am thinking right now.

Get the sunroof. You'll be glad you did. I'm 6'2" (like apparently everybody else in here... kinda strange). Actually, the sunroof will give you the sense of more headroom, not less. Ours was installed by an outside shop under contract to the dealer, they did an excellent job.
