That's what we'll have here in Muncie June 7th at 4:00 p. m. at the Texas Roadhouse. It's our official Thunder in Muncie "cruise-in" where last year we pushed the classic cars to the side and stole the show! See everyone there!:D

Now *there's* a great idea. Just bring a couple steers. We'll slaughter them right there at the steak house, put 'em on a spit and cook 'em. You got a livestock trailer, right? :)

Western beef fed on that brown, dead grass you have millions of acres of out there, does not hold a candle to grain fed North Eastern beef, regardless of catchy restaurant names!!!!!!:D

east Texas us sub tropical rainforest with no real winter season. . just a time when you don't mow the yard MUCH;):D



the cattle there are prime and HUGE.



I have a calf going to slaughter in a week or two. . just some Kansas grain fed beef. Nuthin special;) maybe I'll bring a slab or 2:D:D

The cam is gonna happen but be put off for a while. I'm gonna work on the NOS, and twins. Next time I tear it down Im gonna do some head work too.



I ain't bringina grill, but if there's gonna be one I may bring a little meat.
