super chip problem

Need some help please 2007 5. 9l cummins, Every time i put it back to stock the check engine light comes on p0602, If i leave it on performance or tow setting it doesn't come on. The minute i put it back to stock the check engine light comes back on. Super chips wont help me figure out the problem. Does anybody know anything about this?

can you manually clear the code when you return to stock? The product will clear codes right?

Yes it will clear the code but it comes right back again.
