here is my way of thinking and someone chime in and correct me. I am going to spend a few $$ on gauges and buying a smarty for my 2007.

1. The smarty can be placed back to "stock" settings and have NO FOOTPRINT that can be detected by the DC Star Scanner or DRB Scanner and if they can't find it then they can't void my warranty.

2. Edge makes a great product but leaves footprint and possible voiding of warranty.

3. after I get out of warranty then I will BOMB the heck out of it

4. The dealer can't void warranty for having gauges to monitor your ride

The Superchips works well for the price range.

The Smarty is much better but also twice the price.

The edge is good and the digital monitor is nice, but for a few bucks moe you can get teh TST R49 with more adjustments and features and much more power. It really just depends on what you want and are willing to spend.

I bought the Flashpaq 3805 about 3 months ago for 1 reason (the price was right!! $265 New off ebay). Some of the advertised features don't work (the Top Speed Limiter removal is n/a, and the EXTREME release from Superchips is still not available). It has 2 settings; Tow (50HP/100ftlbTQ) and Performance (100HP/200ftlbTQ). I'm still on the tow setting where as I don't have gages to monitor (seems to be enough power for me for right now, we'll see how long that lasts for). It was a simple download and go and overall I'm happy. Can't really beat the bang for the buck!!
