Super Phat Shaft 62 install? "installed"what I think

I'm installing my SPS 62 and ATS exhaust manifold tonight and was wondering what everyone torques the bolt's down to on both the manifold and turbo. Thanks. I also wanted to thank Industrail Injection again, I called them late last night with an issue and they jumped right on it and over nighted me a part. Thanks guy's, your all awesome... . It's almost time to go play Oo.

Here is what the manual shows

exhaust clamps 40ftlb

oil supply line 18ftlb

oil supply line 18ftlb

turbo mount 32ftlb

exhaust 32ftlb

Use antisieze on all the exhaust manifold bolts and turbo nuts/studs.

It really helps when you have to take that thing off again some day.

Make sure you bolt the oil return line up before you put the turbo on and you will have some fun with the water line bracket

Okay, here's what I have to say about the Super 62. The truck didn't even know how to react from the loss of back pressure. It idled at 1100 RPMs for about a minute and started adjusting back down, scared the hell out of me. From start up it sounded like a whole different truck. I have a true 5" exhaust, down pipe and everything. I did my install here on MCAS Cherry Point's Hobby Shop. After having to listen to the ricers and there damn 4 bangers hit rev limiters all day  I fired it up, those exhaust gases hit that turbo everyone came over :--) . I let the truck warm up and checked for leaks and what not and backed her out. As I hit the main road I noticed people where is watching me, so I let her fly and was pinned like I'd never been pined before. This is a great combo, Super 62, ATS exhaust manifold and the ATS intake manifold. The guy at the shop wants to see my quarter mile time slip. I said pretty loud that I bet it's faster than these damn ricers. :-laf Big thumbs up to industrail injection, you guy's are awesome Oo.

Also, thanks for everyone's input here too, boy thats' no joke about the oil return line. Anyone in the future take heed to this advise. "PUT THE OIL RETURN LINE ON BEFORE YOU PUT THE TURBO IN"... .

If you heard the before and after, everyone would want one. The Turbo is sooo loud through my stacks, but not like a drone loud, just a deep/easy breathing sound. Also on start up, it sounds like a jet throttling up to a idle.

ohhh man. I can't wait to get to the "upgrade the turbo" stage with my truck. . it's comming. . Clutch on the way, FASS will be in once I get my tax refund. edge EZ by summer.....

The more and more you guys talk about it!!! :{

Question to your SPS 62 guys... If I don't stud the head, what kinda boost is the max? 45? maybe 50psi?

AND, if you're all studded up. What is the max boost you'll see outa this turbo?

Dude, I hope you're in the low low low 13's with that truck :)

3rd gen trucks have better head gasket's, so they set the waste gate @ 50psi, but so far I've only pushed about 44 psi. I'm really, I mean really impressed with this turbo. Almost brings a tear to my eye. I've always wanted to truck to sound like this and now that I have one, I'm just blown away by the sound and the power.

I wish I would have saw this thread before I started my turbo swap. Definately put the oil return line on first. I had to pull the turbo back off and do it.
