Competition Unreal CR Record run

This year trucks will be over 1000hp in the super (if some werent already).

I would venture to guess wheel speed is in the 30mph area.

Work stock is stock charger

Street allows a 2. 8.

Super street is unlimited single and restriction on twins

In the street a well set up 66 will get you in the top 20 at the national events, but won't get you in the top 10

Of course that was last year. We will see this year.

All the more reason for me to only bring the GMC Conversion truck down to show this year at IRP and not to pull. IRP would be the first chance for the truck to be on a track... planning on bringing it down for the Schied show in Aug where I will probably try it out there once I have a bit of track time with it.

On a side not... I am sure I am close to being up there HP wise but its not tuned as of yet.

Here's a question... What will the average Super Street truck have done engine wise? Fuel? Turbo's? Drive-train? Up here in Ontario we are a few years behind you guys as far as power goes and are rules are simmilar to the SS rules last year. Would there by many if any running close to the setup engine wise that I am? just curious.

Feel free to PM me to if you want... RyanB

need to get that truck pulling Oo.

Jwilliams3 You better have so r's and so big hp. Or you better stay at home.

Chris,

You'd just better hope your truck runs better than it did last year.

As I remember I seem to put the stompin' on your 4000rpm 24V last year at Scheids with my measily 3300rpm's!:-laf

Seriously though, good luck with the new inline pump. I hope it solves all of your issues.

when it come's down to it this year, SS is very close to a mod truck, minus cpeck's and twin turbo inducer limits. Engines are purpose built, driveline is open to anything, Fuel,,,, big and costly and the same with turbo or turbo's.

yeah, pretty much like I thought... oh well, not planning on pulling a whole lot with you guys down there anyway, and when I do it will be just for the hell of it anyway!!! There is always next winter though to do some major changes
