Has anyone run these? I've seen mention of the but not from anyone that actually ran them.

Looking for feedback on mileage, handling, noise.

Thanks.

All Swampers are going to ride like crap, be loud, and wear quickly, especially on a heavy truck and especially in a narrow width like that. Do not buy Super Swampers if you want smooth riding tires that last a long time.

That said the SSRs are about the best for ride, but they're still Super Swampers and you will know it.

:{ That's kind of what I suspected. I was just hoping I was wrong about that. That's that's the size tire I was hoping to run but I can't find it in an AT. Oh well.

Super Swamper SSR's are pretty good. They are 10 ply and are load rated for our trucks. You have to constantly rotate them to get good wear out of them. You could always go with a LT315/75R16 tire which is the same size tire you are looking for. They usually measure 34. 8" tall and about 10"-12" wide. BF Goodrich makes an AT tire in this size. GoodYear Wrangler MT/R's are also available in this size. Cooper tires also has the Discoverer S/T available in a 315/75R16 size, Load Range "D". If you wanted to go a little smaller and wider you get Parnelli Jones Dirt Grips in size 33x12. 50R16 Load Range "E". The Dirt Grips wear very well, ride real nice, and are not to noisy.

I have heard good things about the TRX/US M/T tires or whatever they're called. Denman makes them and they're supposedly round.

TrXus Mud Terrain is made by Interco(Super Swamper)

TrXus Mud Terrain

</TD></TR><TR height=304><TD width=338>The NEW TrXus Mud Terrain is INTERCO'S answer to the need of those who want a smooth, super quiet ride with tough thick sidewalls with a chip and cut resistant compound. This tire has more siping than any other mud terrain on the market; which has proven to be almost magical in icy snowy conditions. These same traction features make this tire a serious rock climber.

I tried to look at as many different brand of tires/sizes that I could find and was hoping for a 35" narrow tire so it would stick out the side of the truck on the outside or rub the arms on the inside. I guess I'm out of luck. I may just try some 315's when I need tires. I just started doing research early so I can plan tires, wheels, and lift (if needed but not wanted). Who knows, maybe someone will come out with something before I need tires

The TRXUS M/T is not made by Interco. It has their name on it but it is made in a Denman factory. Denman owns Interco anyway, but the tires made in Interco's factories are never even close to round. SSRs are made by Denman as well, but I've heard better reports with the TRXUS tires.

That said I don't run Super Swampers on my daily driver, the only rig I have with them on it rides on a trailer because I hate riding on those tires.
