I know a lot of times we post experiences relating to service at our local dealerships or "*******" as the case may be from time to time. I wanted to share my latest. Been trying to get two replacement remotes programed at the dealer in Cape Girardeau, Mo . They advised that I would have to buy two new ones from their parts department and then pay their hourly shop rate for programing with an appointment. This was bad experience number?????at this location. I stopped at a dealer south of KC called Weinburg. They programed both remotes without any new purchase from them, without making and appointment and refused to charge for it when I offered. I even went inside and tried to pay and they still refused to charge a dime. Just wanted to make sure I was happy with their service and our Chrysler vehicle and please come back again. I had a hand full of 1's in my pocket so I gave them to the mechanic and told him to have a nice lunch on me. :D  :--) Why can't they all be this way??? This is a dealership that deserves our patronage!!!

I know what you mean these dealers are few and far between, I am lucky that I have a pretty good dealer I deal with MICKS DODGE in Robinson Twp, and my mechanic is really cool. He is in to drag racing and building funny cars, plus he owns a CTD him self, and understands where were coming from when we bomb our trucks. I have never had a problem with any service I have done at the dealer with my bombs. Hats off to the good dealers that are out there, and the ones that aren't they should take a few lessons from the good dealers that are out there.

When I go to a dealer I bypass 6 others on the way.

Treated fairly, charged fairly, happy to pay for fair treatment.

Their techs know EXACTELY what I have done, I asked them the best way to proceed, took their advice, and am totally happy with results.

GOOD dealers are tough to find, but ORLANDO DODGE (Florida) is one of them. I would have her towed to Orlando Dodge before I would let ony one of the others touch her.

La Grange Dodge in La Grange Tx is another one in this area. All the dealings I have had with them have been great. No complaints.

Just wanted to toss in my thanks to Yellowstone Country Motors in Livingston, MT. I've bought two out of three CTD there. They have been straight folks to deal with. Their initial price was very good without the "sticker price" crap I've gotten from other dealers. After two months of shopping around at the big dogs, i. e. Dave Smith, Ron Sayer, Lithia, Dishman (CarsDirect), and Fremont the folks at YCM were willing to beat their prices. :;)

JC Billion in Bozeman has lied to me three times and lives in the "sticker price" world. However, I suggest stopping there for a good laugh and to know just how much you could have gotten screwed.

Unfortunately, thus far, I've had absolutely no problems with any of my DCs so I can't rate service departments  Nothing like heading off for a backpacking trip in some far away Wilderness area in a rig that will get you there... . and back. :D

Good serice

I have a dealership to work with in Decatur, Alabama. The nmae of the dealership is Stan-McCullloch. Great warranty service, and a 20 percent discount on any part excluding oil filters (which they say they sell at cost) if you have a Kroger card or are a Chrysler employee.   :D :D

I have had nothing but excellent service at our local DC dealer, Anchorage Chrysler - Dodge. Roy, their quality assurance supervisor is top notch and more than willing to work with you even when the truck is not "stock" anymore.

I did not buy my truck from them either. It was purchased at Grizzly Motors in Missola, Mt. but I have not ever been close to them again in my travels.

Roy just grins and says "consider buying from us next time".
