I know a lot of times we post experiences relating to service at our local dealerships or "*******" as the case may be from time to time. I wanted to share my latest. Been trying to get two replacement remotes programed at the dealer in Cape Girardeau, Mo . They advised that I would have to buy two new ones from their parts department and then pay their hourly shop rate for programing with an appointment. This was bad experience number?????at this location. I stopped at a dealer south of KC called Weinburg. They programed both remotes without any new purchase from them, without making and appointment and refused to charge for it when I offered. I even went inside and tried to pay and they still refused to charge a dime. Just wanted to make sure I was happy with their service and our Chrysler vehicle and please come back again. I had a hand full of 1's in my pocket so I gave them to the mechanic and told him to have a nice lunch on me.
:--) Why can't they all be this way??? This is a dealership that deserves our patronage!!!
