what i think u would need to do is put a "Y" in the intake hose before the cooler and make it so that air could only go out of the blower side and no boost can escape threw the blower. Two different boost makers boosting on their own. Still trying to think of an electric motor drivin one that can run only at idle, this would be the cheapest rout, but the blower is the best idea i think, just need to get that thing to put out boost really early, hmmmmm.
