I got my new superchips from West Texas Turbo Diesel and I love it!

I talked with my dealer who I bought the truck from and they have NO issue with only the superchips programmer, so i added the performance first and Woooow! I would spine the tires. Then I loaded the performance tow program.

Nice. Just the right amount of power with out feeling like I am hurting the truck. It was the right move for me.

My other truck is a 01 with Twins so this is the daily driver. . Hope this helps other members.

i had one of those for about a week and it locked my ecm up. had to take it off and mail my ecm back to superchips in fl. it would run like a scalded dog but after that happened i got my money back. Superchips said i was only the third that had happened like that i said dont worry about that happening to me again i am sending this POS back, but best of luck to you

I also have the SuperChips, set on Tow on my 2006 Megacab Automatic. Great product, works as advertised, no problems.

For you 2006 guys will that superchips programmer adjust for larger tires? Due to the 06 the dealer cannot adjust for larger then stock tires.

The dealership can adjust an 06 for up to 33" tires, the ones that are stock on the power wagon, if you bigger, like I did, you will have to adjust in your head as you drive

I would suggest to all of the 06 owners with a downloader make a friend (tech) at a dealer and let him put a starscan on your truck after you put it back to stock. I think you may find yourself up a creek w/out a paddle when something goes awray.

the largest they can go is 285 tires..... so if you got 295 it is close enough but 305 or 315 you will be off a bit without something else to do the calibration... .

i have 295s and the 285 is almost dead on... maybe 1. 5 mph off according to GPS

just put a SP Diesel plug in module on my 06. To soon to tell how much improvement but it appears settings 1-5 don't do a whole lot and my milage got worse. I am testing setting 6 and appears more power not sure yet on the economy. I was kindof steered away from the superchips flashpac but I am beginning to think I should have gotten it.
