Off Roading Anyone switch in a Dana 20 transfer case to their CTD?

Well just got back from dynoing the beast. I ran several times 8 to say the least. My best #s to date is 662. 9 @2200rpms and 1632. 6ftlbs @2100rpms with 3. 8% tire slippage. Those #s were backed up several runs that were close together. My best valet run was 451. 9 @2200 thru 2600rpms and 1125. 1 ftlbs @2000 rpms. All runs are with diesel only. The water meth pump went south on me! :( My valet run yeilded 48 psi boost and 1175 degrees. The full fuel run yeilded 62 psi and just touched 1550 to 1575 degrees. The down side is i am out of fuel. (need more fuel capitain)!! :D :{ :{ I did have a issue running. I had to light foot it untill 55 mph and then roll into it hard. I believe that if i was able to roll into it at a lower rpm with out the trans shifting down to 2nd the #s would have been higher. Well the quest for more power moves forward! Hopefully DuelEE will post his and his brothers #s. (can't remember) If i can figure how to scan and put the graphs on here i will do it. I did get to see a pumped up mustang run. 190 hp and 154ftlbs. :--) :-laf :-laf :-laf

Great #'s Brad. Boy did we blacken those white walls of theirs or what. :-laf



My #'s were 347. 2 hp and 702. 8 tq. My brothers 95 #'s were 372 hp and 800 plus.
 
Hum, so you maxed the T/Q out on #2..... yes I know it's at 2100 but dang, that's a few hundred over me..... I guess those PDR cams work.



Time to get on the dyno and lay down some smack!

Yes it is my daily driver. I love the quick spool of the s300. The exhaust housing size is . 80 with a 62mm compressor wheel. A . 80 is about 14. 77 cm. The 3b has a 23cm modified housing with a gate in the hot pipe. Both wastegates have seperate controls that can be changed with a turn of the knob or a twist of a screw.



My runs were all with a custom cut plate, 191 dvs, 4 k kit, modified afc control, Lennys stage 4s, fass system and a rack end cap plug. Pump is timed at 20 degrees. I would like to thank Rob @ PDR for building my transmission to handle the power.

Wow, congrates Brad, I mght have to make it up there after the holiday's to see what I get for TQ on the superflow when the winter mods are done :D

I was there for both the dyno numbers and the after celebration. I know for a fact that he wasnt the only one hopping around ;)



Awesome numbers BRAD only 23. 2hp more than me on diesel only, but I am still leading on overall numbers with drugs. :D



I had to get that in there, because when you go back and give her all she has I am sure that you will probably rub it in a little.
