I do too,I think its normal, and you gotta adjust your driving habits,or turn off the blue box, this will help a lot. It has to do with how diesels are governed, and when it shifts it you increase the load on the engine quickly, with the same throttle position, the engine management wil give almost full fuel until the engine gets back to within 100RPM of what it would have be if you just threw the trans in N and let it free rev. I dont think this is a big problem,it sounds like your PT shift points are set nice and high, like they should be,this makes it a little worse too. I leave my comp on level 1 most of the time,if it bothers me,just let off a little before it shifts, you know your truck by now,and when its goingto shift, ease up slightly ,then slowly roll back into it if needed. Dont forget you have a lot more power now,so everypower surge is amplified by the EZ,and blue box,IMO its a small price to pay for power we have,do you have a DTT TC?,Man my truck will really lunge on shifts with the DTT TC,it gets rid of all the slop in the TC,then you will really feel it take off when it shifts with the boxes on.
