rbattelle you've been around awhile yourself Yep I ditched the '03 for a high-mile 12-valver, but don't get me wrong, there was a lot I gave up in making the switch. . . amenities like radio controls on the wheel, leather, nice smoke-free power, great handling, great MPG, a $700 monthly payment . . . well that's one thing I don't miss



I do really like the "you get what you right foot says" simplicity of the P7100, but it's not perfect in the 12V world either. A P-pump can have funny power characteristics when the AFC, diaphram or governor lever are not dialed in right, and getting it right can demand patience and determination (or pull it all off and send it to the pump magician).
