Well, my surging finally set a code. I ran out to Autozone and had them check for codes and they got two of them. Didn't get numbers but he said one was something about a dealer only mechanism and the other was the Boost sensor. Well, I have tried replacing my Boost sensor with 2 new ones and that had no effect and I also made sure of a ground by running a wire straight from the battery to the Boost sensor ground. He said the the voltage had been above and below spec. Any idea could do that? I have also replaced the plug that goes into the MAP sensor thinking it was bad or corroded.

Do you have a boost elbow in? If so does the PMax2 have a built in boost fooler? Either way have you tries running with the PMax2 disconnected, and the boost elbow removed.
