I had the typical problem with the OD surging in and out at 45-48 mph. Up to last month it was a once in a while occurance. Then it starting bouncing in and out all the time and in different gears but mostly in OD.
I finally took it to the dealer and had them service the transmission with 75K on it. The fluid was changed around 35k with the addition of a mag hytec cover but other then that it had not been tended to.
I am happy to say that it shifts better now then it ever did. I wish the OD ingaged later but atleast now it pulls though the rpm without surging. The dealer tried to talk me into having it reflashed but I respectfully declined.
BTW, I have a plug-n-play and the dealer says my TC looked perfect. And yes, I took it off before I took it to him.
