swap costs??

I have a 94 3500 4x4 12v four door conversion truck but the body is pretty rough so i was thinking about pulling the motor and transmission and putting into a chevy, maybe an 80's model or preferably a mid 90's. I was wanting to talk to someone who has done this and see what costs are. I already have the important part(engine and trans) but didnt know what adapters etc... . costs?
