Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Swap spin-on fuel filter for cartridge style?

I have changed hundreds of these filters and I have never removed any parts for access except aftermarket add-ons But I am pretty flexible and have drawn my share of blood,long sleeves help

I have fat arms so this is really a PIA and shedding blood it all to common for me when it come to this task



The biggest PIA for me was getting the damn thing loose. I use a long handle channel locks which works fair but I will have to give the screwdriver trick a try.

Does anyone know what the psi min/max and flow spec's are for the input to a P7100 pump?
