2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission swapped dashes....wait to start light not working

I have not dug too deep yet. Took my truck to friend's body shop to get dash swapped out. My wait to start light is not working, but know the intake heater is cycling by watching my lights dim or voltmeter drop. Hopefully, it is just a bulb bad or missing. I am thinking the unit that the light is located in was changed out also. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Does the 'Wait to start' light come on at all? Mine comes on right when I turn the key for a bout 2sec and then shuts off if I don't need it or stays on if I do. If it doesn't I would check the bulb and then the socket with a meter.
