You most likely have 3. 55s... there were only two choices for the Dana's... 3. 55 and 4. 10. If you had 4. 10s, you be closer to 2350RPM @ 70mph...

You are correct, even Bob4X4 told me that when I seen him last week, however I asked him how do people claim 75-80 Mph with stock tires and a 5speed trans?

I try my hardest to cruise @ 2k or less, but dont seem to hold it there for more than a few minutes.

I top out at 96mph with 4. 10s... my dad has 3. 55s and the 4500 and can push 120mph.



The OD ratio between the auto, 4500, and 5600 are essentially equal. . mso the number of gears means little.
