Swapping truck bed

Hey,
I have a stock 1995 2500 Turbo Diesel with an 8' bed and it is pretty much stock.
I have a chance to get a flatbed off a stock 1999 Turbo Diesel for $200.00.
Is there a chance the 1999 bed will fit the 1995 frame?

I installed a bed off a 95 onto my 98 so I believe they are the same, provided the truck configuration is the same. Reg cab vs quad cab, short bed vs long bed, etc.

If the '99 is a cab & chassis the frames are different.

The only differance is mine is black the other truck is white.

Only differance between trucks is the color.
