Saw this advertisement @ U. S Gear. Similar to a Horton... but 1/2 the cost. Presently not made for a B-Series Cummins Engine.

I e-mailed them about the availability of a clutch for a Cummins B Series:
Thanks for your inquiry regarding the availability of the Syclone style Fan Clutch for the I6B 5. 9L Turbo Diesel
Dodge Pickup trucks.
At the present time, we are actively working toward completing the launch of the Syclone fan drive system for the
1999 and later P********* Diesel equipped F*** Super Duty Pickups. As we get that product into the A/M stream,
our next task will be to evaluate and make the necessary changes to be able to expand our product offerings in the
area of the 94 thru 97 F*** P******** Diesel pickups, as well as the I6B 5. 9 L Cummins powered Dodge pickups.
Our initial investigations indicate that Cummins/Dodge have changed the direction of rotation of the Water pump/Fan
drive on the new 24 Valve/Electronically controlled Diesel engines. Additionally, there is not a lot of room between
the front of the Water pump/Fan drive mounting spud, and the rear of the radiator core. Not to fear, we have the same
problem on the 94 thru 97 F*** P******** diesels!! We believe that we will have a product design which will service
these two applications, but the biggest obstacle will be finding a plastic fan which can be adapted to serve them both.
The cost to tool a new plastic fan will be in the neighborhood of $90,000, and we need to find a partner who will be willing
to share those expenses. The fans presently used on both the Dodge and the older F***'s are both of steel construction. They are both different enough, that neither could be used for both applications. We believe we may have a solution for
this problem, but it will take us sum time to work out the details.
Additionally, our investigations indicate that the Horton Fan Clutches presently available through Mopar Parts will
only fit the old style, non-electronically controlled, 12 valve versions of the I6B 5. 9 L Cummins engines. The Water
Pump/Fan drives on those engines turns in the opposite direction, so the Plastic Fan blade provided in the Horton
kit will not fit or work on the newer version of the I6 B 5. 9L 24V Turbo diesels.
Bill, we will keep you posted on our developments in the future as we address these issues. Again, thanks for your
interest in this exciting new product application.
Best Regards,
Ron Fenelon
