Synthetic fluid in diffs.

I went to the dealer today,asked to have synthetic fluid put in the diffs. Service manager told me If you have the towing package on your truck,the diffs already have synthetic fluid in them from the factory. Is this true Thanks. coobie

Yes, they come with synthetic from the factory.

Regardless of whether or not you ordered the towing package, all 2003 and newer Ram heavy duty trucks all come wth synthetic in the axles.
