We put in a torque convertor lockup switch that runs to the solenoid for the transmission,very cool i might add just for getting on the freeway and draggin..... but the question is, the t/c would lockup & un-lock frequently depending on throttle pressure like when decelerating or almost more frequently at a certain speed. almost like the TPS was going out. . but now, with the switch in the "off" position, it doesn't downshift automatically almost like it's still "locked" but not... .
