Hey guys,

Not a real big problem as I don't "need" the tach, but it's not working as intended. At idle it will sit on zero, then at highway speeds it will go up around 2k which is about where it should be. Around town it reads low it would appear. Any guesses as to what this could be and how to fix it, is it an expensive fix? Thanks.

We must have been typing at the same time!
Yes, the 06's had a problem with poor soldering of the circuit board in the speedo assembly. If your a good highly experienced solderer, you can take it apart and look for the bad joint.
Otherwise you'll either wan't to get a shop to fix it or swap it out.

Thanks, I wouldn't call myself an experienced solderer by any stretch. I'll price the part and if the cost between the fix and the part isn't too much I'll give it a try myself, but anytime the word "circuit board" enters the conversation it seem to have $$$$ involved.
