2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission tail light connector

my tail light connector on the driver's side is missing the stock male connector. the freakin idiot that owned the truck before me added a tow connector and somehow the upstream side/male side of the connector has gone missing. the tow pkg is hard wired in on that side. is this a dealer part only? thanks. scott.
