I got a call tonight at work from a buddy of mine that I loaned my truck to (02 HO 4x4 quadcab). He said that the taillights, marker lights and dash lights went out on him while he was using the truck the other day. He had been pulling a snowmachine trailer so I figured, as did he that he had blew a fuse. But he informed me that he checked all the fuses in the cab and the ones under the hood and they all checked out ok. I won't be home for another week but I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. Are there any other fuses for the lights besides the ones in the two fuse panels? Could it be the light switch I know dad had a recall on his 96 but it was his headlights that wouldn't come on. Is it possible that a burnt out bulb would cause them all to go dead?? ?? Like I said I kind of guessing here, as I won't be home for another week to even look at it.

Have him check the fuses under the hood again. Even if it looks OK, try replacing the one for the running lights (I forget which number it is). That was the problem on mine when I lost the running lights while pulling a trailer.
