2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Tailgate lock?

Anyone ever try this on their 2nd gen truck?

Does it replace the whole latch? I cannot really tell from the picture. .

Only the bezel gets replaced. The lock mechanism is installed with a supplied screw that will replace the lower of the three torx screws holding the handle assembly in the tail gate. Very easy to follow instructions.
