Well, Don's Dana 80 doesn't have the orange bolt. I have 2 thoughts to possibly explain this while preserving my theory.



1. Maybe Don's truck is an exception to this possible rule.



2. Maybe only St. Louis trucks have the orange bolt on the Dana 80 (Don's truck was built south of the border). Maybe the St. Louis boys need a little extra help telling the rearends apart



Or, maybe I'm all wet on this one.

Just to add to the count, both of my 3500's have the orange bolt my 2500 didn't as I remember... ... ... ... . Pete
