These retailers are driving me over the edge with their stupid preferred shoppers cards. If I took everyone offered, I would have to carry a purserather than a wallet. I try to get most of what I can at BJ's Wholesale to avoid the nonsense. And coupons are a pain too! Okay, I am done now.

Family channel. I gotta tone it down. Stopped at a CVS drugstore to pick up a few things on my way to work this afternoon. No sooner do I get in the store do I hear the PA system telling me the wonderful benefits of yet another card. So, heading for the checkout, I already know what's coming. But, I was civil. No, don't have and No, don't want one.

Come on, I can't believe no one's mentioned a conspiracy theory about those darn cards! Actually, I don't think it's as much theory as it is fact. "They" are watching us, tracking us, and know exactly what we buy. That grocery store knows what brand of T. P. and beer we prefer. Flying J knows how often we get our diesel. Somewhere, there is a computer with all this data about us in it. And if "They" ever needed to know more about you, the info exists already.

LOL because 90% of the people dont mail it in. But It get the sale for them. Marketing scheemm.

I am a big shopper of Costco, and one of my friends bought some meat from there once and about 2 days later they called him and told him to throw out the meat he bought a few days ago and come get some more because it was bad. Do they track everything we buy?? Hell yes!!

Every month you get advertisements with you monthly bills. and other advertisements. You have to put $. 34 postage on the bill to send it in anyway. Guess what! Thye all get their paper back, I put the advertisements that came in with the bill in the return envalope and send 'em back. If enough businesses get their adverts back, they'll have to pay to get rid of the junk mail. That might wake em up.



If you had a postage scale you can add enough other stuff to stay under one ounce, and still get rid of more mail.



How do Y'all like that?

Don't send the credit card apps. Shred them. Identity theft is the fastest growing crime in America. The postage paie envalopes are a good ides.
