Taking the leap

I'll be swinging by my local dealership this evening to official place my order for one of these. I'll be retiring a 2001 2500 HO/NVG5600. The old girl has 260,000 mile on her. I did a significant body refurbishment on it in 2009, but sadly, the salt they use on our roads has won out. While I loved the 6 speed NVG5600, my left knee is going to appreciate the 8 speed auto in the new truck.

I just hope this new vehicle will be as trouble free as the previous was.

I have over 15K with zero trouble, I tow 2000 pound boat on the highway set cruise at 55 mph average is 22.5 to 24 miles. Enjoy the truck!
