I used a hole saw (both trailers have exposed tanks) and then used silicone sealer to seal around the spray head. I have not had any leaks. The spray head has a garden type hose connection so you might have to re tighten the hose occasionally or replace the gasket. There is a built in back flow preventer to keep the waste water in the tanks from getting into the hose. I really like them myself.
