I have had my share LP issues. Just changed it again and I'm getting 14-15 @ idle and 9 @ wot. I know that's not bad, but the last LP did a psi or 2 better when new.

I recently saw a thread "pull the bed or drop the tank" which has got me thinking about checking out the pickup screen. I searched the subject with not much luck. What can be done with this screen? Can you, should you take it out? Clean it? I guess the other guy is doing his today, so I can wait. Just wanted to do it tommorrow.

Jay,

Yes I've removed the screen and tested flow with and without it. The factory screen is not a problem with normal fuel but if you have goo growing in the tank it would become a major restriction. The screen should save some wear on your LP and shouldn't be an issue.
