Tape no Plugs??

Ahhh, there's nothing like crappy service from a dealership. Where would we be without it?

Yeh my 04 has tape, dealer didnt know what i was talkin about so i took him outside and showed him!!! Still ended up buying the plugs instead of hasslein it

Looks like I will be paying for my plugs. I will in fact let them know that their warranty is for 7k miles and if I see one spot of rust in the rockers, they WILL be replaced at their expence. i think that may change their attitude. Who knows. Chrysler saves $20 a truck and may have to pay out $2,000 in repairs within a few years on trucks in high rust areas.
