CF, I have spoken my peace and you know where I stand. I won't further debate you. The self-contradictions you make and circular logic you use is tiresome for me to presistently address. I give up.
As for Jerry Falwell... I have my points of order with him... That said, I respect a man who stand up and face national ridicule to represent what he believes. He could teach a lesson to all those spineless "enlightened" moderates whose opinion changes with the winds of convenience.
I will somewhat curb my posting of religious content on the TDR. THat also means curbing political posts as well, I think. It's all how you view the world, and for me, it's almost impossible to separate them.
I am not an ardent member of any religious denomination. I am a Christian that believes the Bible is the word of God, and that Jesus was God's son sent to earth to save us from our sin. Organized religion is full of many pitfalls. The future is in home-based churches with loose affiliations with each other. Such was the New Testament church, and look at how efectively they grew! Funny how things come full circle.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but not all opinions are equal. A person who supports their opinion with rational logic and evidence will always have more credibility.
