TC lock up Automatic shifter mounted switch

I am looking to do a manual TC lock-up switch on my truck. I know how to do the mod, I am just looking into switches. I would like to have mine mounted on the shifter itself. Does anyone know of anybody who sells a switch premade or know of a place where I can get one that mounts on the column shifter?

They gave me a schematic of how to do it and just to get a cheap autozone switch to use. I just want something I can mount to the column shifter and use instead.
