This is getting weird. A few weeks ago the TC started unlocking below 63mph and the exhaust brake started acting up. When I turn the ATS controler off to activate the exhaust brake warmup feature it would cut in and out. I tested the positive post on the solenoid and the test light would go on and off as the exhaust brake went on and off. I checked the power source and it was constant so I got a new relay from Pac-Brake and no change. Also with the controller turned off I get no lockup at all. All other funtions are normal. It holds lockup down to the preset speed and locks up when you apply the throttle but when you ease off it unlocks if your under 63. The controller is wired in to the map sensor and the scan tool reads 15 lbs. of boost at idle and even when the motor is off. So map sensor has some issues, but was told a new one from Dodge has a different connector so my fueling box won't fit anymore, is this true and if so do they make an adaptor? The brakes only other power source is the ecm pin #20. Also have replaced APPS with no results. Is ecm bad or does the map sensor have this much influence on the drivetrain? Controler and exhaust brake are connected at the solenoid. DW

update

Checked all connections and grounds, all good. Went to ATS instructions and disconnected trans. controller box and jumped blue and yellow wires in the harness and drove, truck shifted normal and trans. locked up and held. Tested positve post on the exhaust brake solenoid and had power but wouldn't activate. Disconnected the diode, grounded it as usual and it works fine. All I can conclude is a faulty controller, any other ideas? DW
