I have seen some ads for the new B&M and TCI turque converters. I was wondering if any one had heard anything about them? I know you get what you pay for, but these things seem to be about $500. thats about half the cost of any that i've seen from the aftermarket and the TCI has a billet front like some of the more expensive ones. Like I said you get what you pay for but if there decent than maybee it's worth looking in too.

I'd have to look long and hard at that. Product support is also a consideration, I doulbt you could call either of those places and get the kind of help you can get from the better places on here.

Curtis - I bought a T. C. I. converter from Summit Racing parts and shipping just under 500 bucks. Installed it in Jan. of this year and noticed a couple of improvements from idle just put it in gear and it starts moving up a slight hill, it never did that before I always had to step on the gas to get it going first. And trans temp is alot cooler now when towing my 5th wheel so I'am pretty happy with it :)
