TDR Classifieds work!

No less than 2 days after I put my truck in the TDR classifieds it sold. Another TDR member(not sure of his board name) came up from Georgia to pick it up sight unseen. I was worried about selling the truck with the guages and EZ to a non diesel friendly person but that was not a problem. So its back to driving the Barracuda everyday to save some $$$ . Even though I am without diesel for now I will keep reading about you HP kings on here. . take care

Clark, glad that it worked out for you. Although I hate to see you dieselless, the Barracuda kinda makes up for it.



And along those lines, I think you mentioned a plating shop in Tulsa that did good driver quality chrome work. I still need to finish my 68 Barracuda Convertable and it needs the bumpers worked over. Do you remember the shop name?

Wells Chrome in Collinsville is where mine were done. My car was wrecked and they did a good job straightening them and rechroming them. The rear is going to need redone soon from the exhaust pitting it up and won't have any issues with going back with them. Hopefully the barracuda thing is temporary until I can land this deal on a mustang I am working(hey it might be a ford but its RWD with a 5 speed and COLD ac which Mopar could not figure out lol) I think the ole 4500 converter with no AC is gonna get real old real fast

LOL well actualy things worked out better than I thought and I will not have to drive it everyday. Got the mustang deal lined out and go pick it up tommorow. So I will still have payments just not quite as much or for as long
