Ditto on Bob's post. I ordered mine on Monday during business hours. First try, got the answering machine, waited all of 5 mins, tried again, got right through and placed the order. I had a small problem when I ordered the G-Tech from them, waited about 2 weeks, thought they must have been back ordered, never bothered to call. They called me, apologized for the delay, a mistake at their end and I received the G-Tech the next day. Real good people to do business with IMHO.

Anyone get theirs yet ? If so, are they still the stick on variety that we will have to BOMB to keep them from becoming roadkills ? I was hoping for today, maybe tomorrow.

Scott W.

Ordered mine on Wednesday along with the matching receiver cover. Also got a hat the same colors as my rig! Spoke to Robin. Geno's is all aces!

Got mine today. I cut out a piece of aluminum flashing to the shape of the badge, then drilled two holes in it for machine screws. I used trim tape to fix the badge to the aluminum, with the screws in place. I then cut a rectangular piece of aluminum to use inside the grill to support the nuts.

Got my grill badge and hitch cover Sat. I just applied 3m trim tape and mounted to grill like the pic above. Looks great! Just wish it had more red on it like the TDR logo!

I took JB weld and a 1/4"X1" bolt and glued it to the back. Then ran it thru one of the holes in the grille and put a washer and nut on it. Done.

I BOMBed mine similar to Doc Tinker's design. I picked up two pieces of flat 1/8" stock, drilled and countersunk, two wing nuts, two washers and nuts, two small bolts and a tube of Devcon 2 ton epoxy. I epoxied (sp) the flat stock to the back of the badge, with the bolts/washers/nuts already in place. The other piece of flat stock will go behind the grill with the wingnuts to hold it in place.

Thanks for the heads up and follow-up on mounting techniques. I'm gonna order one.
I'm almost ready to pull the cold front and this badge will be a nice addition to the summer front.

cheers;

JohnE, you won't be disappointed with the quality, real nice addition to your Ram, IMHO. I just got mine mounted today, looks great.

Scott,
Don't think that in my silence I haven't been thinking the exact thoughts you've been also. I mounted mine to my Billet grille using 3M automotive (gray) double sided trim tape. There's so much surface area for it to hold onto, I didn't need to modify it. If I still had the mesh plastic grille, I'd do what you guys are doing.
P. S. My cylinder head is off and at the machine shop. From all the fuel I have been feeding the engine, massively thick carbon built up on the fire deck of the head and the piston tops, raising the compression ratio of the engine and causing the gasket to fail. Remember how much boost I've been running and think about how much damage it can do when there's less area for it to fill. I did some fancy work with a die grinder and a tool that the MAC tools guy brought over and the piston tops look good as day one. 75000 (450 hp and up) miles and the bores still have the factory honing on them!

I got my 100K mile Grill badge from the TDR today. This is the N/C one you get when you hit 100,200 or 300K miles.

Opened the envelope waiting to see my new Grill Badge.

The Grill Badge is a full sized licence plate! #ad

It sez "100,000 Milestone" with the TDR logo above.

Where the heck do I have room for this? #ad

I thought I would get a nice small grill badge like in the pictures.

Anybody want it? #ad
