I used Goop after JB Weld failed twice! Holding so far. Mike.

I used Goop after JB Weld failed twice! Holding so far. Mike.

I cut out a piece of aluminum flashing to the shape of the badge, then drilled two holes in it for machine screws. I used trim tape to fix the badge to the aluminum, with the screws in place. I then cut a rectangular piece of aluminum to use inside the grill to support the nuts.
