TDR Issue #44-Vibration

I am a new TDR member and I am looking to purchase TDR issue #44 if someone is finished reading it,

I have a 2004. 5 Ram 3500- 2WD. -600 48 RE auto transmission with 5500 miles on it. It has a vibration which starts at 57mph and quits at 63mph. the dealer replaced driveshaft rotated, spin balanced the tires but the vibration is still there.

Does anyone have any ideas what this could possibly be or has this similer Oo. problem?
