I renewed my subscription online and entered the information as requested, but by the time I got done it was acting like I was a new member and gave me a new username and login. It never asked me for a current "username" or board handle but I assume it could figure that out on its own based on my name?



It gave me a new login as "VMacKenzie. " Does anyone know [talking to the TDR admins] if I am renewed as "Vaughn MacKenzie" or did it create a new account?

Possible Error On My End

Vaughn, when you renewed, was your address different? I believe I set up your renewal as a new subscriber - which can easily be fixed. But I need to make sure that is what I did. Please email me with your old address and new address. Then I can merge the two accounts. I apologize, in advance, for the error.

Yes I did move to a new address, I was wondering if that may have caused it to make a new subscription. Sorry I should've mentioned that. So yes make me a "renewal. "



Also Robin I need you to fix something else: I changed my email service back to my old address, and when I tried to update it I get a warning "email address is already in use. " The email I am trying to enter is -- email address removed -- since I no longer use -- email address removed --

Robin or anyone, back to the top. . . could you please fix my email problem??? Still will not let me update, I get this error message: The email you entered is already in use :confused: That's MY email!!!

I understand your frustrations Vaughn. I renewed online and received a card in the mail 3 weeks later saying I needed to renew. :confused: I assume there is a little lag in the program so I'm not worried. :cool:

Back to the top. . . Admin?? :confused: I know you probably have your hands full tweaking the new software and database and working hard at it (and doing a great job of it I might add :) )
