Clarification
Let me try to help. The renewal cards are intended as simple reminders. Some complain that they come too often and too early. Others (belive it or not) do complain that they do not come early enough. The best strategy is to keep up with the first two digits of your member number. Each renewal purchases four issues of the TDR magazine and a minimum of 12 consecutive months' access to the TDR website. For example:
Gauthier, your member number begins with 42 (and you last renewed in January, 2004).
You should have received Issue 42 (sometime in January, 2004). You should have received Issue 43 in February, 2004.
You should have received Issue 44 in May, 2004.
And you will receive Issue 45 in August.
Your online access will remain current until at least February, 2005.
You will want to renew in the October/November timeframe. It seems odd (or like less than a year) because you received Issuse 42 at the end of January, then almost immediately received Issue 43. Email me with questions/concerns.
CLAYTON, it looks like we may have made an error when we set up your account. Your member number also starts with 42, but your first issue wasn't mailed until April, 2004. Did you by any chance request your subscription begin with Issue 42? Please email me, and I will have any errors corrected.
boonsur, your member number starts with 42. You've been with us a while, so I won't track back to the beginning. But on this renewal, you paid for Issues 42 (November, 2003). Issue 43 (February, 2004), Issue 44 (May, 2004) and Issue 45 (August, 2004). You'll want to renew in the October, 2004 timeframe. Your access to the website will remain current through at least December, 2004.
SLinse, your member number starts with 41 (last renewed in August, 2003). Your first issue, Issue 41, should have arrived in October, 2003. You then should have received Issue 42 in November, 2003. Issue 43 should have arrived in February, 2004. Issue 44 should have arrived in May, 2004 (may still be in transit). You'll want to renew in the July, 2004 timeframe. Your access to the website will remain current through at least September, 2003.
Mikelley, your last renewal was processed in December, 2003. Your first issue should have been Issue 42, and it probably arrived in January, 2004. Your Issue 43 should have arrived in February, 2004. Issue 44 should have arrived in May, 2004 (may still be in transit). Issue 45 will arrive in August, 2004. You'll want to renew in October/November, 2004. Your access to the website will remain current through at least January, 2004.
Bounch, it looks like your renewas was processed in October, 2003. Your first issue of the magazine, Issue 42, should have arrived in November, 2003. You should have received Issue 43 in February, 2004. You should have received Issue 44 in May, 2004. And Issue 45 should arrive on or around August, 2004. You'll want to renew in September, 2004. Your website access will remain current through November, 2004.
