Recently I purchased an engine that was in peices from a vendor affiliated with TDR. After waiting patiently for him to gather up the parts that came with the motor, my patience ran out. What should have taken 3 days took 3 months. With many calls and 6 unanswered e-mails I finally got through to come pick up my motor. At this point, he offered me a refund for the trouble I had gone through, in which I have taken him up on his offer. Now he backed out of his offer and is leaving me high and dry! :-{}
How would you guys handle this? The engine hasen't even left his shop! It took 3 months of calling & E-mailing just to get this far and now he retracts his offer. Every attempt I made to collect my parts was left with a " im busy, ill get back with you" comment in which I NEVER would get a returned call. Poor service all around would simply be remedied with a refund. After all, he cashed my check LONG before he would even consider releasing my parts & engine
Im pretty easy to get along with, that's why I have let this issue drag out as long as I have. I to am in business for myself and realize when I have a dissapointed client. I do whatever it takes to correct my error. In this case this vendor is not playing fair.
I hope nobody else has to deal with this TDR supporter's poor service.
