Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Well first I would like to comend all the personel at JANNETTY RACING ENTERPRISE I recently had some work done their and I am astonished with the care that was given to me I was treated with the atmost respect. I recently had a trans upgrade done at Teds facility and after driving it i found a few quirks that didnt seem right to me and had questions about it so I called Ted he made a appointment to come down and work things out but due to my schedule i had to cancel and he did it sooner within two days notice. When i got to Jre i sat with Ted and discussed what i thought was wrong and then he took to the truck with what we had discussed. He spent the whole day going out of his way to get this truck right with even issues that it wasnt their for and having his technician Frank go out of his way also and put their work aside for me and to complete this truck and the work that was done converted it to be perfect and which i would send anyone to JRE for anything u need deisel or nondeisel they are truly the one stop shop and more they are very knowledgeable in what they do and go out of their way to make u feel at home and Ted isnt just a business owner/salesman he is a worker he works right with his tech Frank and they do it together to produce a vehicle that you are pleased with I dont know how many times thru the day I was asked anything else wrong with the truck not just what is was their for and I feel that anyone who might be in question about going dont doubt yourself go you will be happy they GUARANTEE it Just wanted to say thank you to everyone at Jannetty Racing Enterprise in Waterbury Conn for ur help any one with questions feel free to email me thanks for your time
