Where I work, we only work on cummins, and when you start out regardless of experience, you work along side another person. At first you would think it would be a drag, and it is if you have an attitude, or are hardpressed to do things your own way. I actually like it a lot, and it really does help you out when you start, not only from a learning standpoint, tools are great when you can share them

If you are looking to get into this field, I would pay good attention to the oppertunities for advancement, conditions of work, products that you will be servicing, shop equipment, and realize that you will be getting real filthy every day

If you can work on the big stuff, go for it... . stay away from buses, car carriers, boats, and dodge rams.....

What??? Just kidding! :-laf
Good luck guys,
Russell
