The TDR issue #33 which came today, on page 94 , category 18,

Concerning (ECM) software, My 2001 engine number and date of manufacture fall between those given, how can I tell if the reprogramming has been done and who does it if it's not been done, Cummins or Dodge ? I've only pulled my trailer once so far since the truck was new so i have nothing to compare it too. My truck was bought used with only 5,000 miles on it and dont know how much the Dodge dealer went through the truck before I got it .

Look for the sticker the dealer is required to put on after a S/W update. The TSB itself shows the placement and layout.

just had mine done last week. under the hood near the latch they put a label stating the tsb#, authorization#,and date. it is flashed by the dealer. just complain about having low power while towing. i think the tsb actually removes the torgue management
